SPECIFICATIONS: Turbo Back System for 1994-98 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L Trucks. Fits all cab and bed sizes and deletes the catalytic converter. Kit has a 3" downpipe. After the downpipe the system jumps into 4" and runs 4" all the way to the tail. Kit includes all necessary hardware (clamps, brackets) from the TURBO BACK including a 4" 409 Stainless Steel flow through design muffler for that big rig sound. It is not much louder than the factory exhaust however it produces a nice low rumble and you can hear the turbo. PERFORMANCE GAINS: The real world gain on the dyno at the REAR WHEELS is 22HP and a whopping 45 ft lbs of torque. The 4" exhaust makes your turbo really sing and spool up faster, lowers your egt's(exhaust gas temperature) by up to 250 degrees, improves fuel economy (1-2 MPG Gain), and gains 4lbs of boost. This has a 4" downpipe to allow for a small amount of backpressure which allows your turbo to spool up faster at lower RPM's than other systems on the market. Does not include tip. Tips additional. INSTALLATION: This system is VERY EASY to install, no welding/cutting or special tools required. You can do it without jacking up your truck and it can be done in about an hour or two.
